It outlines our policies at SELOG and its affiliates (“We”) regarding the protection of personal data (“Personal Data”) of users (“You”), including how and why we obtain, collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your Personal Data.

This Privacy Notice is integrated into the terms and conditions of the website (https://www.selog.astra.co.id / and its derivative sites), features, services, and products owned by SELOG (collectively referred to as the “SELOG Platform”), unless a separate privacy notice specifies otherwise.

By consenting to this Privacy Notice, you confirm that you have read and understood its contents and agree to all applicable terms and conditions of SELOG. Additionally, you consent to SELOG's collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your Personal Data as outlined in this Privacy Notice.

Should you submit Personal Data belonging to another individual while using the SELOG Platform, you represent and warrant that you have acquired the necessary consent and authority to utilize and disclose such Personal Data in compliance with this Privacy Notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we may collect, use, and disclose various types of Personal Data about you, which include general and specific Personal Data and your interactions with us. This data can be categorized as follows:

1. Identity Data, including your name, username, identity card, taxpayer identification number (if required), user identity or other identifiers, position, date of birth, gender, place of birth, occupation, nationality, photograph, and/or biometric data.
2. Contact Data comprises billing addresses, delivery addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers.
3. Eligibility Data pertains to permits, approvals, and other authorizations that enable you to obtain services from us.
4. Transaction Data encompasses purchases or orders made, interests, preferences, feedback, survey responses, details regarding pickup and/or delivery, and acceptable services at that time.
5. Financial and Payment Data includes the payment account number utilized, the bank's name associated with the payment account, and the name of the payment account holder. This also contains payment data, encompassing details of transactions made through electronic money and/or e-wallet facilities provided by us, such as usage, payments and amounts paid, recipient details (including account information), billing information, and invoice details.
6. Technical Data contains details regarding your utilization of the SELOG Platform, including identification generated by the SELOG Platform (user ID), in-app messaging services, in-app search services, internet protocol (IP) addresses, data regarding previous or subsequent webpages visited, session duration, internet device identity (ID) or media access control address, advertising ID, and other device information such as manufacturer, model, and operating system of the device employed to access the SELOG Platform, along with crash logs.
7. Device Data includes the type of device utilized to access the SELOG Platform, encompassing hardware model, operating system and version, software, file names and versions, language preferences, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device movement information, and/or mobile network information.
8. Log Data comprises records on the server that receive data including the device's IP address, access date and time, SELOG Platform features or pages viewed, system activities associated with the SELOG Platform, browser type, and/or third-party sites or services accessed prior to engaging with the SELOG Platform.
9. Location Data includes your real-time geographic location information

We may create, use, license, or disclose Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your Personal Data but will not be regarded as Personal Data due to the absence of identifiers that can link back to an individual. We ensure that (i) all identifiers are removed such that the data cannot be associated or linked with any person and (ii) the data is combined with similar data to form a larger dataset.

We collect Your Personal Data directly from You or from third parties. The Personal Data we gather may include information You provide through the SELOG Platform, social media interactions, telephone communications with Our representatives, service management, and forms or correspondence You complete. Data may be collected in various formats and for purposes permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

1. Data Collected Directly from You

You may provide Us with identity data, contact data, transaction data, eligibility data, financial data, and payment data when interacting with Us directly or corresponding with Us via letter, email, or other means, particularly when You:

1. register and create an account using the SELOG Platform;
2. utilize the SELOG Platform;
3. make payments through available methods including, but not limited to, credit cards, virtual accounts, bank transfers, electronic money facilities, and/or electronic wallets;
4. provide feedback or contact Us.

2. Data Collected During SELOG Platform Usage

Each time You use and/or visit the SELOG Platform, You may provide Us with technical data, device data, log data, and/or location data.

We may utilize features offered by third parties to enhance Our services and content, including evaluating, adjusting, and presenting offers based on Your interests or visiting history. You may choose to disable such offers through your browser settings.

3. Data Collected from Third Parties

We may also gather Your Personal Data from third parties, including agents, vendors, suppliers, contractors, partners, government institutions, and other entities that provide services to Us or perform tasks on Our behalf. Under such circumstances, we will solely collect Your Personal Data for purposes related to that third party or Our cooperation with them.

We may gather Personal Data from other group companies of PT Serasi Autoraya (“SERA Group Companies”), incorporating both new and historical data, to consistently provide optimal service to users of the SELOG Platform. You hereby agree and authorize Us and the SERA Group Companies to obtain, collect, use, and disclose the Personal Data You provide. The provision of Your Personal Data is voluntary; however, failure to provide accurate data may impede Our ability to deliver services as intended.

If we receive Personal Data about You that We did not request and that is not pertinent to the intended processing activity, We will permanently delete or anonymize such data unless otherwise mandated by law.

We process Personal Data obtained or collected by us based on the following grounds:

1. Fulfillment of Contractual Obligations

We may process your Personal Data to fulfill contractual obligations between you and us or to address your requests.

2. Consent
We may process your Personal Data based on your provided consent.

1. Providing logistics services to you, including additional services (if applicable) necessary for optimal provision of SELOG services on the SELOG Platform.
2. Creating contracts/agreements between you and us, including actions taken at your request prior to signing any contract/agreement.
3. Enabling the verification processes required before delivering services to you, including the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and credit scoring.
4. Using your information to provide marketing communications, special offers, surveys, and engage in interactive features on the SELOG Platform, through various channels including e-mail, telephone, and SMS from SELOG and its Affiliates.
5. Understanding communication preferences to enhance customer engagement, utilizing methods aimed at gaining insight into these preferences to ensure effective and beneficial interactions.
6. Monitoring the use of the SELOG system and Platform to ensure compliance, security, and to analyze and personalize user experiences.
7. Sharing your Personal Data with other parties in relation to a merger, separation, acquisition, amalgamation, or dissolution within the SELOG business. Your Personal Data will remain governed by our obligations outlined in the pre-existing Privacy Notice to which you have consented. Prior notification will be provided via email before and after any relevant business changes.

The processing of your Personal Data for the above purposes is guided by our interests, including but not limited to providing relevant communications and developing our business. We may also process your Personal Data to comply with regulatory requirements. In certain instances, we may process Personal Data based on your consent.

In accordance with the aforementioned purposes, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Contact Us section of this Privacy Notice. We reserve the right to withhold information or services if we are unable to verify your identity based on the Personal Data you provide. However, we are not liable for any losses resulting from damage or loss of your Personal Data that occurs outside our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you consistently update the information associated with your account and the software you utilize, and refrain from disclosing your account password to any third party.

By consenting to this Privacy Notice, we will share your Personal Data with third parties who collaborate with us or operate internally to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice and to provide optimal service to you, specifically:

1. Appointed Third Parties

We may share your Personal Data and other information with service providers, business partners, external consultants, discount sponsors, appointed parties, advertisers, and other entities that offer services to us or you, perform tasks on our behalf, or with whom we have commercial associations. In addition to the aforementioned purposes, we may also disclose information to third parties to (i) protect the interests, rights, and security of our officers and assets, (ii) enforce the terms of service on the SELOG Platform or the agreements between you and us, including billing and withdrawals, (iii) present our offers or promotions that may interest you, (iv) support business transactions involving the purchase, sale, or transfer of our assets in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and (v) ensure the proper operation of our system.

2. Affiliates

To assist our Affiliates in delivering relevant services to you, we may provide your Personal Data to our Affiliates to enhance the delivery of our services and for marketing and promotional purposes linked to SELOG and its Affiliates.

3. Internal Employees/Individuals

Our employees responsible for delivering services to you may access your Personal Data, subject to supervision and measures against any violations, ensuring our objective of providing comprehensive and optimal service to you is consistently met.

4. Government Agencies/Law Enforcement Agencies

We may disclose your Personal Data to Government Agencies or Law Enforcement Agencies as required to comply with legal obligations or in response to requests for information, court orders, law enforcement directives, or other legal processes. In such instances, we may also share your Personal Data with our legal counsel to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights or with other professional advisors, as permitted or mandated by law. If you elect to grant access to a designated party or individual, please note that all information provided to us will be viewable by that party or individual. We must clarify that we are not responsible for information disclosed publicly, and the use of such information by us or other parties is not governed by this Privacy Notice.

2. Third Party Websites/Links

In the event that you submit Personal Data on third-party websites or links, either directly or indirectly related to the services we provide, we are not responsible for the information you furnish on those sites, as we do not control them. Please note that when Personal Data does not need to be linked to you, we will make reasonable efforts to avoid such association. We wish to emphasize that we will not sell your Personal Data. 1. Use of Our SELOG Platform Outside the Republic of Indonesia
If you access the SELOG Platform from another country, we may transfer your Personal Data from the Republic of Indonesia to that country to facilitate optimal access and use of the SELOG Platform.

2. Storage and Processing of Your Personal Data/Information Outside the Republic of Indonesia
Your Personal Information may also be stored or processed outside the Republic of Indonesia by our personnel or third-party service providers, vendors, suppliers, partners, contractors, or affiliates.

In both scenarios, we will implement a written mutual agreement with the recipient or processor of Personal Data located outside the Republic of Indonesia, outlining the protection of your Personal Data. SELOG collaborates with third parties to assist in promoting and creating advertisements tailored to your interests based on your usage of the SELOG Platform, derived from our assessment of your data. Partnering companies may also utilize cookies to track your interests and may use your information to analyze user behavior to deliver customized advertisements across various services and products. The use of cookies by each company and/or website is governed by a Privacy Notice that pertains to your Personal Data.

Please be aware that if you disable cookies or refuse to accept cookie placement requests, certain functions of the SELOG Platform or other websites may not operate correctly, and the advertisements you encounter may not align with your interests. We do not respond to “do not track” signals in web browsers or other mechanisms indicating a request to disable online tracking from users of the SELOG Platform.

Additionally, even if you opt out of targeted advertising, you will still receive general online advertisements. Details regarding your interactions with us may still be collected and utilized for targeted advertising on our websites.

1. Uninstalling the Application

To cease all information collection by the application, uninstall it using the standard uninstallation process available on your mobile device or through the marketplace from which you downloaded the application.

In our efforts to protect your Personal Data on the SELOG Platform, we cannot control or assume responsibility for the policies of other websites or applications that we may link to, nor for the use of any Personal Data you may share with them. It is important to note that this Privacy Notice does not extend to other sites, and we strongly advise you to familiarize yourself with the specific Privacy Notices of each website and/or application you access.

The SELOG Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We are unable to determine the age of those who visit or access our website or application. If a minor has provided Personal Data to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardians, the parent or guardian must contact us as outlined in the "Contact Us" section of this Privacy Notice. This request will facilitate the deletion of the relevant Personal Data and the unsubscription of the minor. If we discover that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under the age of 16 without proper consent, we will delete this Personal Data and deactivate the associated account.
